Bear fetish inlay dangle earrings

Navajo handcrafted and set in solid sterling silver. These unique earrings feature the bear fetish shape with the Night Sky inlay design. Measuring 3/4" in length by 1/2" high. They dangle down a little over 3/4" when worn. Sterling silver psot and backing. The Navajo believe that Father Sky contains everything unknown and therefor look to the sky for many of their answers. Due to the isolation of the Navajo nation the night skies are very dark and show many of the constellations that cannot been seen in other parts of the United States. The Navajo look to these stars for meanings and answers to their culture.
