Handcrafted polished silver chain by Navajo artist Travis Teller.The Teller family is renown for its silver smithing techniques in their chains and beads.Silver chains are a traditional art form of the Diné silversmiths.Each link is individually bent, twisted and molded to form into the other to create the chain. The traditional way of hand making a chain is a time-consuming process. Each link begins either with silver wire that must twisted and cut. This particular piece is true work of art.

Travis Teller: He is from Lukachuhai Arizona, which is a small town located in the middle of the Navajo reservation, near the four corners area. He has been making jewelry since 2103. He has had many mentors in his life but has developed his own style and technique that resembles the original pieces made by the first Navajo silversmiths.
