Large Turquoise Stone Ring

Large Turquoise Stone Ring. This traditional stlye ring features a standard bezel set in oval shape with a twist wire accent. The piece was handcrafted by a Navajo Artist and comes iwth it's original pawn ticket. The practice of pawning jewelry began in the early 1900s when Native Americans and traders would exchange jewelry for food and other necessities, it is still used today and is embedded in the Navajo culture.
