Small oval shadow box pendant

Navajo handcrafted pendant. The unique design of the mounting is referred to as a "shadow box" due to the recessed area created by the two pieces of silver that form the shape. This creates a shadow that darkens the areas around the stone. Made of sterling silver with blue cultured opal. It is light weight and easy to wear.They bail can hold a small chain.
