Navajo-made cuff bracelet featuring a center square Kingman turquoise stone. The design is oxidized and is flanked by silver concho motifs, heavy stamped scallops and scalloped edges with sculpted cuff tips.
Measurements: Cuff band measures 5/8" wide with a 5 1/2" inside measurement and 1 1/4" opening. Stone mounting measures approximately 7/8" x 3/4"
Stone: Kingman Turquoise originates in the Mineral Park Mining District near Kingman, Arizona. One of the largest domestic turquoise mines, it is found in a large open pit copper mine in the high desert country. The Kingman Mine district was first mined by Native Americans; it was part of the most extensive prehistoric workings in Arizona.
