Handmade antique finish silver chain by Navajo artist Travis Teller.The Teller family is renown for its silver smithing techniques in their chains and beads.Silver chains are a traditional art form of the Diné silversmiths.Each link is individually bent, twisted and molded to form into the other to create the chain. The traditional way of hand making a chain is a time-consuming process. Each link begins either with silver wire that must twisted and cut. This particular piece is true work of art.
