1970's Navajo ring w/petrified wood

1970's Navajo handcrafted ring made of solid sterling silver.It features a single oval piece of petrified wood with natural pattern.The simple design of the ring really shows off the petrified wood. The artist has used a traditional method  to create the ring. Easy to wear and comfortable.

Petrified wood is found in northern Arizona. The national park protects one of the largest and most colorful concentrations of petrified wood in the world. Made up of almost solid quartz, each piece of petrified wood is like a giant crystal, often sparkling in the sunlight with a rainbow of colors.
