Striking 3-piece Kingman turquoise set stamped "ES" by the Navajo artisan features a large oval-shaped pendant with twisted wire and hand sawed, notched square wire framing a highly polished, caramel-webbed cabochon. The sizable bail fits on the included graduated Navajo pearl/ turquoise bead strand perfectly. Matching french hook earrings hang in a vertical design.
Materials: Sterling silver, Kingman turquoise Kingman Turquoise originates in the Mineral Park Mining District near Kingman, Arizona. One of the largest domestic turquoise mines, it is found in a large open pit copper mine in the high desert country. The Kingman Mine district was first mined by Native Americans; it was part of the most extensive prehistoric workings in Arizona.
