Multicolor cuff bracelet by Albert Jake
Product Details

Handcrafted by Navajo artist Albert Jake. The unique cuff bracelet features rectangular shaped Kingman turquoise along with oval shells and stones tapering to the end. The artist shows his technical silver smith skills with straight line stamping throughout. The simple design makes it easy to wear everyday. It has a medium weight. 

Materials: sterling silver, spiny oyster shell, coral, turquoise and golden hills turquoise

Measurements: 5/8" in width /  inside 5" with a 1-1/4" opening.

Artist: Albert Jake: was born in 1959 in the Zuni Pueblo south of Gallup, New Mexico.  He learned silversmithing from his parents. He specializes in traditional set stones and cluster jewelry with intricate stamp work. He has been smithing since 1987.  He also creates sand-paintings and makes pottery. During the summers he works as a forest fire fighter. He lives with his wife and two daughters today in Rahmah, New Mexico, near the Zuni Pueblo.
