The artist has used incredible detail in creating this beautiful pattern. Over 25 individual pieces were used in design.. Easily worn on any finger. The Black you see is called "JET "and is a fossilized wood, which has been compressed over millions of years. Multiple pieces of stone make up the mosaic image. The stars are made from pieces of silver and the larger moon has coral in it.The adobe village is made from picture jasper. The Pueblo design you see in the ring reflects one of the Navajo people’s lifestyle. The scenery is set in New Mexico, near "Shiprock" mountain. This mountain range is a sacred area for the Navajo. The black represents Father sky (everything known) while the pueblos are mother earth (everything known)
