18" Sterling silver handmade beads-Al Joe

Handcrafted sterling silver beads by renown Navajo artist Al Joe. Known for his precise craftsmanship in all of his jewelry, these beads are no exception. Each bead is entirely handmade. They graduate in size from approximately 6mm to 12mm in size and have a total length of "18. The shapes of the beads vary from saucer, fluted and round. He strings them on a flexible cord and finishes them off with a handmade hook & eye on the ends. Perfectly weighted and easy to wear. These are an outstanding example of sterling silver beads.

 AL JOE : Artist Al Joe crafts jewelry in sterling silver and uses stamping, overlay, and shadowbox techniques. Al learned jewelry making skills from Colbert Joe, his uncle. He was later educated at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. His current residence is in Winslow, Arizona and is currently producing jewelry every day.
