Vintage needle-point earrings

Vintage 1970's Zuni post earrings. Made of sterling silver and genuine turquoise. The style of the earrings is referred to as "Needle point". Needle Point Jewelry is a very elegant style that emerged in Zuni jewelry in the 1940’s. It is among some of the most labor-intensive jewelry to make. Made by both Navajo and Zuni artist, this style is defined as a small sliver of stone that are pointed on both ends.They measure 1-5/8" in length with a width of 5/8". Perfectly sized to wear everyday.
