The stone from Neveda is known for its lime green coloring with lite brown and dark green accents. They have a medium weight and are easy to wear. Stone: Palomino turquoise is a rare type of turquoise, mined in Nevada, known for its unique combination of warm, golden-tan, and soft sky-blue or lime-green hues, often with earthy, caramel-colored patterns and swirls. While it's named after the Palomino mine, some confusion exists because Palomino Variscite also exists, but the turquoise variety comes specifically from the Palomino mine in Nevada, which was discovered in 1929.
