Large oval spiny oyster shell ring

Handcrafted ring by a Navajo artisan. Genuine orange spiny oyster shell set in solid sterling silver. The setting measures 2" x 1"  and features a large oval shell surrounded by a cold chisel stamping. It sets on a heavy 1/2 round split shank. The shell has beautiful coloring with dark striations.
