This very traditional Zuni cuff has geometric center set stones surrounded by needlepoint. THe sides of the cuff are adorned with needlepoint designs as well. The piece comes attached to its original pawn ticket. The term "pawn" refers to jewelry that has been pawned to brokers. The practice of pawning jewelry began in the early 1900's when Native Americans and traders would exchange jewelry for food and other necessities. It is still used today and is embedded in the Navajo culture.

Measures: 5-1/2" inside with a 1-1/4" opening The cuff is 2" at the widest and tapers to 1/4" at the tips.
