Large inlay pendant w/ sleeping beauty turquoise

 NAVAJO HANDCRAFTED INLAY PENDANT

This large pendant measures 2"-3/4 in length with a 1"-1/8 in width. The detailed setting features heavy triangle wire with a twist wire surround. The oval inlay area is inlayed with over 15 individual stones. The bail is large and will accommodate up to a 12mm set of beads or thick chain. This style of pendant is hard to find.

 Stone: The Sleeping Beauty Mine, located in Globe, Arizona, is no longer an active mine. For many years it produced a wide range of turquoise that is now even more highly prized for its solid soft blue color, with little or no matrix. The color of the turquoise ranges from a deep royal blue to a light sky blue.
