Handcrafted ring by Navajo artist Albert Jake (signed A.Jake) He was born in 1959 in the Zuni Pueblo south of Gallup, New Mexico. He learned silversmithing from his parents. He specializes in traditional set stones and cluster jewelry with intricate stamp work. He has been smithing since 1987.
The simple design features a large single oval stone mounted on a unique shank that tapers at the end creates a comfort fit. It has a medium weight and surprisingly easy to wear.
