A brand new addition! This outstanding ring is crafted by a Navajo artist from Gallup, N.M. Set in solid sterling silver and genuine stones. Measuring 3/8" in width, with an inlay pattern that measures 1/4" x 7/8". The sides of the ring also have detailed stamping. Each is unique as the inlay designs vary so the ring shown may not ne the one you recieve but we promise they are all beautiful !
Design: Inspired by the clear dark night skies of the Navajo Nation. The Black you see is called "JET "and is a fossilized wood, which has been compressed over millions of years. Multiple pieces of stone make up the mosaic image. The stars are made from pieces of silver and the larger moon has coral in it.The adobe village is made from picture jasper.
*The Pueblo design you see in the ring reflects one the of the Navajo people’s lifestyle. The scenery is set in New Mexico, near "Shiprock" mountain. This mountain range is a sacred area for the Navajo. The black represents Father sky (everything known) while the pueblos are mother earth (everything known)
