Navajo handcrafted hair barrette. Set in solid sterling silver with unique repousse´ stamping design. Measuring 4" in length with a 1"-1/2 width. The traditional shape of the thunderbird is often seen in Navajo jewelry of the 1940's and 1950's. It symbolizes great power, strength and protection.
