Navajo handcrafted dangle turtle earrings. Designed by renown Navajo artist Calvin Begay. They are made of solid sterling silver and feature a desert scene at night in the body of a turtle shape. To the Native American culture the turtle is a symbol of Mother Earth. He represents self-reliance, tenacity, and longevity.The earrings measure 1" in length and have a width of 3/8". They hand on a silver dangle post with a silver backing.
