Handcrafted by Navajo artist Mary Ellen. The unique necklace features a 1970's style silver mounting with 1/2 round loops and bead wire that surround each turquoise stone. The turquoise has beautiful lite and dark blues with contrasting black and silver colored matrix.The necklace has 5 stones on each side with alternating silver mountings. A dangle 3-stone pendant hands in center of the necklace. Handmade silver chain is seen on the ends of the necklace with a hook & eye clasp.Matching 2 stone post earrings are part of the set. This is a outstanding example of reimagining a 1970's Navajo statement necklace.
