Thin inlay design w/ curved end-Night Sky

Navajo handcrafted inlay ring. Designed by renowned artist Calvin Begay. Made of solid sterling silver with a inlay pattern called the "Night Sky collection". The black you see is a fossilized wood called Jet, the iridescent colors are a cultured opal and the round stars are sterling silver. The unique inlayed area has a curved end measures approximately 1/8" x 5/8". Perfectly sized and comfortable to wear. 

  NIGHT SKY JEWELRY COLLECTION: Inspired by the clear dark night skies of the Navajo Nation. The Navajo believe that Father Sky contains everything unknown and therefor look to the sky for many of their answers. Due to the isolation of the Navajo nation the night skies are very dark and show many of the constellations that cannot been seen in other parts of the United States. The Navajo look to these stars for meanings and answers to their culture.
