3-Stone Sugilite stone ring

Uniquely designed 3-stone sugilite ring set in solid sterling silver. Handcrafted by Navajo artist Bennie Ration. The setting of the ring measures 1"1/2 x 3/8". The deep purple coloring of the sugilite stones is beautiful. With the split shank this ring offers a very a easily sized and comfortable fit. Signed by the artist. 

Stone: Sugilite (purple) is a rare mineral named after Ken-ichi Sugi, a Japanese geologist who first discovered the material in 1944 on the Japanese island Shikoku. Sugilite has a vivid purple color and is usually opaque to translucent.
