Medium sized cluster pendant w/Golden hills turquoise

Handcrafted by a Akee Douglas a Navajo artisan from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Made of solid sterling silver with genuine Golden Hills turquoise. Measuring  2-3/8" in total length including the bail and a width of 1-1/2". This cluster pendant features 8 genuine Golden Hills turquoise. The stones are arroanged in a unique pattern that makes this one stand out from the rest.  Nicely detailed with twist wire and silver beads surrounding the mounted stones. 

Stone: GOLDEN HILLS TURQUOISE,  In the Russian hills of Kazakhstan sits the GOLDEN HILLS mine. The Turquoise is only mined in the winter months during the freezing cold and snow as rains flood the mine during the summer. The location of the mine is remote and difficult to bring equipment in and out of. It is the only Turquoise known to have the unique coloring of bright blue with a Lavender undertone.
