Double inlay round Night Sky ring

Handcrafted by Navajo artisans in Gallup, New Mexico. This unique ring was designed by renowned Navjao artist Calvin Begay and features a double round inlay pattern made up of fossilzed wood, silver and cultrued opals. NO paint of enamels are used in the inlay of this ring. This one of most contemporary ring. The double stack inlay design makes this one a true statement ring. 

Measurements: ring width-1" across-3/8" high / bottom inlay area 1/8" around / top inlay area 1/2" across

Design: NIGHT SKY JEWELRY COLLECTION: Inspired by the clear dark night skies of the Navajo Nation. The Navajo believe that Father Sky contains everything unknown and therefor look to the sky for many of their answers. Due to the isolation of the Navajo nation the night skies are very dark and show many of the constellations that cannot been seen in other parts of the United States. The Navajo look to these stars for meanings and answers to their culture.
