1970's Navajo handcrafted cuff bracelet made of solid sterling silver.It features a single square/oval piece of petrified wood with natural pattern.The simple design of the bracelet really shows off the wood. The artist has used a method called "sandcast" to create the main part of the bracelet. This bracelet is meant for small bracelets.
Petrified wood is found in northern Arizona. The national park protects one of the largest and most colorful concentrations of petrified wood in the world. Made up of almost solid quartz, each piece of petrified wood is like a giant crystal, often sparkling in the sunlight with a rainbow of colors.
