Pawn Jewelry-Zuni inlay bracelet w/ white cultured opal

Zuni handcrafted cuff bracelet. Made of solid sterling silver with white cultured opal stones. The unique design features a smooth raised silver center with twist wire on the edges. The inlay center pattern is simple rectangles. The simplicity of this bracelet  gives it a elegant design. The silver has a anitque finish but can be polished to a high finish if requested. 

It comes attached to its original red pawn ticket.The term "pawn" refers to jewelry that has been pawned to brokers. The practice of pawning jewelry began in the early 1900s when Native Americans and traders would exchange jewelry for food and other necessities, it is still used today and is embedded in the Navajo culture.
