Creations Red Fox Mama Statue

The Red Fox Mama statue from our Collection of Handcrafted Robson Designs Southwest Native American statues. "Red Fox Mama" Wrapped in a plains Indian robe, with her young one by her side, Red Fox is the keeper of family unity. In her hand she hold an umbilical cord amulet which contains the umbilical cord of her pup. This a Native American tradition, said to be a good luck omen when worn. These statues are replicas of original creations by Bill Robson, a highly recognized ceramic artist. Bill has taught for over 15 years including on the Navajo Reservation. Bill has traveled extensively through the southwest searching out very unique things and special inspriation.Measures approximately 11 inches tall by 2.5 inches wide and weighing 1 pounds.
