Al Joe bracelet w/ Carico Lake turquoise

Unique one of a kind bracelet by renown Navajo artist Al Joe. The heavy gauge triangle wire has 14kt gold accents that are very subtle. The simple stamping throughout the bracelet also ad contrast. The feature element is the oval Carico Lake turquoise stone. This is a beautiful bracelet. It has an inside measurement of only 5" with a 1" opening. This piece is meant for a small wrist.

Artist: AL JOE crafts jewelry in sterling silver and uses stamping, overlay, and shadowbox techniques. Al learned jewelry making skills from Colbert Joe, his uncle. He was later educated at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. His current residence is in Winslow, Arizona and is currently producing jewelry every day. Al has been known to use a variety of Turquoises, including stones from Carico Lake Mine. His designs have an elegance that carries them into the modern day.
