13 link Night Sky design inlay link bracelet

 NAVAJO HANDCRAFTED LINK BRACELET

One of our most unique link bracelets. With over 15 individual links plus a box clasp, this bracelet flows around the wrist in a way most bracelets cannot. Each link measures 1/2" x 3/8" and is inlayed with mostly black jet, turquoise, tiger eye, jasper along with cultured opals.Set in solid sterling silver. Designed by Navajo artist Calvin Begay. The bracelet has a total length of 6 1/2". It securely fastens with a box clasp and safety chain. This is a stunning bracelet.

Design: Inspired by the clear dark night skies of the Navajo Nation. The Navajo believe that Father Sky contains everything unknown and therefor look to the sky for many of their answers. Due to the isolation of the Navajo nation the night skies are very dark and show many of the constellations that cannot been seen in other parts of the United States. The Navajo look to these stars for meanings and answers to their culture.
